The brief requested to design a decorative plastic planter look that could rival high-priced ceramic planters in terms of premium appearance and complement outdoor spaces. 
Goal:
The goal was to develop a faux concrete finish that exuded natural beauty, tactility, and comfort. This finish needed to be versatile, suitable for various injection-molded plastic planter surfaces, durable in different weather conditions, and offered at affordable price points. 
The challenge was to create an affordable finish that cost-effective finish mimicked the organic texture and appearance of natural materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness during production.Successful development of the faux concrete finish was made to create a range of vibrant, earthy colors to serve customer preferences. By prioritizing aesthetics, tactility, and cost-effectiveness, we achieved a premium product that effectively competed with high-priced ceramic planters. The finish has also been easily transferable to indoor spaces, allowing for the creation of unique decorative arrangements.
